Job Description:

  • Finding out required key roles and successful identification of resources for succession planning
  • Identify the training needs and organize in/out house trainings against requirement
  • Coordinate initial induction training
  • Employee motivation activities and coordination of employee engagement activities
  • Completion of periodical reviews
  • Documentation of different types of training and expenses incurred on an employee regarding his training
  • Arranging and conducting interviews/initials screening the candidates coordinating in recruitment
  • Resolve grievances or queries that any of the employees have. Escalate to the right level depending on the nature of the grievances or issue.
  • Interaction with employees and taking measures to increase employee satisfaction.
  • Engage with employees on a regular basis to understand the motivation levels of people in the organization.
  • Completion of employee engagement activity within stipulated period of time.
  • Successful completion of Ad-hoc activities assigned.
